2014 Company Benefit Overview

Eligible employees of Bird Electric are provided a variety of benefits. Benefit eligibility is dependent upon a multiple of factors, including employee classifications and time with the company.

The following benefit programs are currently available to eligible full-time active employees of Bird Electric:

  • Paid Holidays (6 per year)
  • PTO (40 hours after 1 year of employment from date of hire, 80 hrs-2 years, 120 hrs-5 years )
  • Health Insurance – Employee only coverage paid by Bird Electric (approximately $4,000 annual benefit savings to the employee)
  • Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Policy $10,000 paid by Bird Electric for employee

  • 401(k) Plan – Employee 90 day waiting period to enroll – Employer match $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% annual salary
