Company Benefit Overview
Eligible employees of Bird Electric are provided a variety of benefits. Benefit eligibility is dependent upon a multiple of factors, including employee classifications and time with the company.
The following benefit programs are currently available to eligible full-time, active employees of Bird Electric:
- Paid Holidays (9 per year)
- PTO (40 hours after 1 year of employment from date of hire, 80 hours after 2 years, 120 hours after 5 years )
- Health Insurance – Employee-only coverage paid by Bird Electric (approximately $4,000 annual benefit savings to the employee)
- Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Policy $10,000 – Paid for employee by Bird Electric
